If your order has not arrived within 9 working days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer care team at cs@rattanandrefined.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate promptly.
In the event of a parcel lost in transit, Rattan & Refined will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to the customer.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and notify us immediately at cs@rattanandrefined.co.uk with photographs of the damage.
