In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a defect, you may request an exchange or a full refund. Please contact us at cs@rattanandrefined.co.uk and include photographs clearly showing the issue. We will process your request as a priority.
To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@rattanandrefined.co.uk with your order number before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Rattan & Refined cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.
